Anthony "Tony" Alcazar was a remarkable soul whose kindness, dedication, and quiet strength touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He spent much of his life working behind the scenes in the music industry, supporting artists, productions, and creative work that brought joy to so many. Even though he was not a fan of the spotlight, Tony took deep pride in helping shape the music he loved, and he found genuine happiness in being a part of the music.
Loved deeply by many, Anthony believed that friends were family, and he carried that belief into every relationship he built. His generous spirit, humble nature, and passion for the craft brought people together, often through the very music he supported and cherished.
Our hope is that supporting the Friends of Music Scholarship will honor his legacy by inspiring a greater appreciation for the people who work behind the scenes, whose dedication makes music possible.
May this scholarship allow Tony’s spirit, commitment, and love for music to live on.
